The Singapore Pipe & Cigar Smokers Club would like to apply for membership in CIPC.

Singapore has very tough anti-smoking laws and we are unable to register legally as a club. Technically in the eyes of the law, we do not exist.
But each week, we have three small groups of people smoking at three different locations in Singapore. Singapore has a very small population and we have only about 50 members in all.
We held our rather modest first pipe show in 2011 and we even had a smoking contest and an auction:
