With this “winter” newsletter I would like to draw your special attention to the upcoming International Pipe Smoking day (IPSD) that will be held on February 20th 2024.
During the G.A. in Rumania and at the beginning of the championship on Sunday afternoon we urged all of you to participate in the IPSD 2024 project by having (not only) your national members organize a chain of national events in your country but join our special CIPC photo competition. This can vary from groups of pipe smoking people gathering at a well-known national spot to a very simple smoking evening at your local club and everything in between but ….. showing your national PIPE (smokers) identity. To give an idea:
Start now by using all your IT skills and surprise us all!!
Send (min.) two pictures, before the beginning of March 2024, to the CIPC webmaster Michal Koža (webmaster@pipeclubs.com). An independent jury will choose the “best top three” being announced at the beginning of the World Cup Championship in Poznan / Poland. Of course all the pictures will be placed on the CIPC website in spring 2024.
Be as creative as possible and come forward with your outstanding products!
