The event was organized by the Bulgarian Pipe Club – a new member of the CIPC. It was the first international but very well organized event by the Bulgarian Pipe Club. Competitors from Bulgaria, Italy, Romania, Slovakia, Turkey and Ukraine took part in the competition.
