DESCRIPTION:The 5th Edition of the Balkan Pipe Smoking Championship will ta
 ke place held in Bucharest\, on the 26th and 27th of April 2025. The Balka
 n Championship is organized by the Balkan Pipe Clubs Association.\n\nThe c
 ompetition tobacco will be Robert McConnell Scottish Flake.\n\nThe pipe is
